With more than 18 years of employee benefit experience, Ingrid advises employers on all aspects of health and welfare plans including, but not limited to, plan design, managed care, benefit funding methods and compliance issues. She has an extensive background in managing employee benefit programs for a wide variety of industry categories, including high technology, biotechnology, entertainment and professional services, among others.
Ingrid is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. In 1990 she achieved the life insurance industry's most prestigious professional designation, Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). In 2001, Ingrid obtained the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation, the most widely recognized and highly respected designation in the employee benefits field. She is a member of The Commonwealth Institute, New England Employee Benefits Council, the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists, and the Northeast Human Resources Association.
Ingrid currently resides in Needham, Massachusetts with her husband Eamon and their sons Timothy and Brian.
