Mr. Field is Managing Partner at EBS Capstone. He has built a successful career representing emerging and middle market companies in tailoring comprehensive and cost effective insurance programs. Mr. Field is recognized as a subject matter expert in complicated risk management and insurance areas such as Errors & Omissions Liability, Directors & Officers Liability, Representation and Warranties and Intellectual Property Liability.
Prior to EBS Capstone, Mr. Field was Managing Director of a large regional insurance brokerage firm. In this role, Mr. Field was accountable for the technology practice, which comprised hundreds of technology, life science and medical device companies ranging from emerging to large publicly traded.
Mr. Field is a frequent speaker and author on various insurance topics, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Intellectual Property, and Errors and Omissions. His engagements have included seminars for many top accounting, law and investment banking firms, as well as the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education center (MCLE) and the Tax Liability section of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Matt resides in Concord with his wife Amy, their daughter Campbell, and son Evan.
